I found Sierra Appliance Repair online while searching for refrigerator repair in San Diego. My GE fridge was acting up, and I needed it fixed quickly. Booking was easy, just a few clicks on their site and boom, appointment set. The tech, Jim, showed up right on time. Super friendly guy, got right to work. He seemed to know his way around fridges like a pro. He explained what was wrong in a way that I could actually understand. He had all the parts, didn't waste any time. Bam, my fridge was cooling again. Pricing was fair, no hidden fees popping up. Everything was clear from the get-go. All in all, great service, and I'd definitely call Sierra when I need refrigerator repair again. Real lifesavers!
